What a great find. Punch, the owner, greeted us on arrival and sat us down to give the low down on the area. He marked out, and had a folder with pictures, of certain areas / temples that were on the must visit list. He grouped them as well …

Great room and host. It's right next to the big river across from the temple, not directly but we could still see it. Its also not too far from the inner circle temples. The room is spacious with a balcony to enjoy the river view. The bed is comfy.

Such a great spot, host is lovely and showed us where to go to sightsee. Rooms clean and bed really comfy as I like a hard bed. Water pressure in the shower is nice and strong and air con in the room.

Stayed for 2 nights at Baan Keang Chon. Location at the banks of the river. Great accommodation. Absolutely service minded hosts. Space avaliable for your car if needed. Walking distance to restaurants.

It's super clean and has a very friendly boss. The location is great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and a bubble tea shop next door. This pic is the view from the room ☺️

Gorgeous hotel in a great location overlooking the river, right next to the ruins. An incredibly friendly family run the hotel and help you to get around - loved our stay!

This hotel is very nice and immaculately clean. As soon as we got there the owners sat us down with a map and a drink overlooking the river and gave us detailed instructions about everything there was to see, the type of transportation to take and where to get it, the route to take to maximize our time there, where to eat, and recommended us a boat tour for only 200 baht per person. The long tail boat tour was great and very authentic (we walked out on a pontoon which was just a bundle of bamboo to get on the boat and there were children swimming in the river there). It definitely was not a touristy place. At the hotel we had a balcony with a view of the river. The experience was great as the hosts couldn’t be more helpful. Go to the restaurant they recommend and sit on the rooftop overlooking the river!
